This data protection declaration supplements our general data protection declaration.
Your personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with German data protection regulations, in particular the German Federal Data Protection Act. For the purpose of the application we process the data and documents received from you as described below.
Profiling of applications that are uploaded via the online Portal
We transfer the data and files you have entered and uploaded to the applicant management system.
The input and upload of data via our homepage takes place via a secure https connection.
Profiling of applications, which we receive by E-Mail
In the case of applications by e-mail, we transfer the data and files you submit to the applicant management system.
Profiling of applications, which we receive in paper form
We kindly ask you to send us your documents electronically. Your application documents will be scanned by us and transferred to our application management system. We will destroy your original application documents.
Processing data for making contact
We use your received telephone number, e-mail address and postal address to contact you if you have any questions or concerns.
Storage of data in the Talent Pool
The talent pool serves to compare your application profile with corresponding future positions. In the event of a match, we will contact you again. If you expressly wish to be included in our talent pool by confirming the storage of data in the talent pool in the application form, we will store your data until further notice, but for a maximum of 1 year. After expiration your data will be deleted automatically and without separate notification.
You can also delete your data from the talent pool at any time by sending your request via e-mail to personal@. optoVision.de
If you do not wish to be included in the talent pool and apply by e-mail or post, please indicate this in your cover letter.
Submission of applicant profiles
If you have applied for a specific position or a vacancy matches your profile, we will send your documents directly to relevant decision-makers within optoVision GmbH via our application management system. It will not be passed on to third parties.
Deletion of data
Applicants who applied on their own initiative or were in an active application process and do not want to be included in the talent pool:
- 6 months after the rejection, the data will be deleted
Applicants who have been included in the talent pool:
- 12 months after inclusion in the talent pool or after the last consent for an extension, the data will be deleted.
You can also have your applicant profile deleted from our applicant management system at any time. Please send an e-mail to personal@. If you have been in an active application process, we cannot usually delete your data immediately. In this case we block your data for a maximum of 6 months. Your profile will then only be accessible to individuals in the HR department. After this blocking period your data will be completely deleted. optoVision.de
The processing and storage of data in our applicant management system takes place in our company. The servers on which the data is processed are located in Germany.
Of course we will treat your application strictly confidential and in accordance with the current data protection regulations and will not pass it on to third parties. Your consent to data processing will be recorded. In the event of a new application, the duration of the most recently submitted data protection declaration shall apply.
