In this privacy policy we - optoVision GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "optoVision") inform
you about the processing of personal data when using our Visioner VR App.
We take the protection of your entered data and thus your privacy very seriously. In order to
guarantee the greatest possible protection of your privacy, it goes without saying that we
comply with all legal regulations regarding data protection.
In the following we would like to inform you which information we collect at optoVision during
your visit to the Visioner VR App and how it is used.

2. Data processing on our Visioner VR App
Collection, processing and use of personal data by optoVision
The following information from you will be used when you use the app:
Device names
The main service of this app is to control the Visioner VR system via the app. It enables the
simple control of the displayed image worlds. In addition, there is a list of favorites which can
be operated but which does not contain any personal data.
Device name
Here it can be that the device name of the second device represents a person-related date
(e.g. your name, first name). If this is the case, please note the following data protection
information carefully. However, the processing of this device name is necessary for the
purpose of the device connection. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Frameworks used by World of VR:
Unity3D by Unity Technologies. The app developed by World of VR is based on the Unity
Technologies Unity software. This "game engine" provides the framework for the app's
functionality.

automatic collection of unique device IDs and hardware statistics by the Unity Game Engine
has been disabled.
Other interfaces:
License server optoVision: The app connects to the optoVision license server at regular
intervals to check the validity of the license. The optoVision customer number and password
will be transmitted.
We do not use cookies in our app.
Unless otherwise specified below, World of VR does not collect or store any personal or
anonymous data. World of VR acts only as a data processor within the meaning of the
DSGVO.
storage period
In principle, we only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil contractual or
legal obligations for which we have collected the data. We will then delete the data
immediately, unless we need the data until the end of the statutory limitation period for
evidence purposes for civil law claims or because of legal storage obligations.
Disclosure of data
A passing on of the data raised by us does not take place.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data by us at
any time. We will explain the data processing to you in the context of the provision of
information and provide you with an overview of the data stored about your person.
If data stored by us is incorrect or no longer up to date, you have the right to have this data
corrected.
You may also request that your data be deleted. Should deletion not be possible in
exceptional cases due to other legal provisions, the data will be blocked so that you are only
available for this legal purpose.
You can also have the processing of your data restricted, e.g. if you are of the opinion that
the data stored by us is not correct. You also have the right to data transferability, i.e. we can
send you a digital copy of the personal data you have provided on request.
In order to exercise the rights described here, you can contact us at any time using the
contact details given above. This also applies if you wish to receive copies of guarantees
proving an adequate level of data protection.
In addition, you have the right to object to data processing based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f
DSGVO. Finally, you have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority
responsible for us. You may exercise this right with a supervisory authority in the Member
State of your place of residence, your place of work or the place where the alleged
infringement is suspected.
Right of withdrawal and objection
In accordance with Article 7 (2) of the DSGVO, you have the right to revoke your
consent to us at any time. The consequence of this is that we will no longer continue
the data processing based on this consent in the future. The revocation of the consent
does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent
up to the revocation.
If we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6
para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right, in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO,
to object to the processing of your data if there are reasons which arise from your
particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter
case, you have a general right of objection, which is also implemented by us without
giving reasons.
Data security
We maintain current technical measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect your
personal data from the dangers of data transmission and from third parties gaining
knowledge. These will be adapted to the current state of the art.
Changes to the data protection declaration
From time to time we update this privacy statement, for example if we adapt our website or if
the legal or official requirements change.
